Garanti Bank ("Garanti") is the third largest private bank in Turkey with $36 billion asset size as of December 31, 2006. It was a good learning experience. I came to know that the basic operational challenges in developed markets are almost the same as in our market. I like the futuristic thinking of most of the speakers.
