Founded in 1997, GoingPublic Magazin is Germany’s leading capital markets magazine and covering the ipo market as well as all issues relevant to the responsibles (CEOs, CFOs, investor relations managers) of listed companies. Besides this monthly publication there are well known yearly special editions like “Corporate Finance & Private Equity Guide”, “G-REITs” or “Biotechnology” which are largely meant as reference books. All publications are published in German except 2-3 specials per year which are published in English (e.g. “Chinese Issuers”, “Issuers from Russia & CIS” and “Corporate Governance”).
