MISO

was established in August 2009. Its founders are microfinance organizations. The main goal of the Association is to support the development of microfinance sector in Georgia, to defend the rights of microfinance institutions, to support their juridical guaranties and the coordination of their activities as well as to prepare proposals for alterations in the legislation in force in order to ensure the same tax regulations for the microfinance organizations as it is in the case of commercial banks. The activities include: to take an active part while selecting acceptable international auditing and rating companies, considering minimum expenses for this service; to co-operate with governmental authorities in order to ensure the micro loan raising for the microfinance organizations; to collaborate with international organizations, those who are interested in developing microfinance sector and keen to assist them.

Ассоциация была создана в августе 2009 года. Ее учредителями являются микрофинансовые организации. Основной целью Ассоциации является содействие развитию микрофинансового сектора в Грузии, защиты прав микрофинансовых организаций, поддержки их юридического обеспечения и координации их деятельности, а также подготовка предложений по изменениям в действующем законодательстве для обеспечения микрофинансовых организаций таким же налоговым регламентом, который применяется к коммерческим банкам. Меры включают в себя: активное участие при выборе приемлемого международного аудита компании, учитывая минимальные затраты на эту услугу, сотрудничество с государственными органами в целях обеспечения микрокредитов для микрофинансовых организаций; сотрудничество с международными организациями, заинтересованными в развитии сектора микрофинансирования и стремящимися оказать ему свою помощь.
