A lot of attention is devoted to business cases, risk insurance in retail banking, crediting, loyalty systems, mobile payments, contactless technologies, IT solutions, system integration, CRM and ERP, outsourcing, call centers, NFC and RFID technologies, non-bank card projects (ID, social, pension, medical, transit projects), technologies and solutions in the field of mobile and fixed telecommunications, etc.
The speakers were excellent, both in terms of presentation skills and topics covered. Uniglobal team was very friendly & efficient. I\'m very satisfied with this conference.
