Since 1994 the journal has been highlighting the strategy of the major participants in the industry of cashless payments and retail banking, operation of payment systems and solutions in these spheres, the questions of risk-management, security and counteraction to fraud. A lot of attention is devoted to business cases, risk insurance in retail banking, crediting, loyalty systems, mobile payments, contactless technologies, IT solutions, system integration, CRM and ERP, outsourcing, call centers, NFC and RFID technologies, non-bank card projects (ID, social, pension, medical, transit projects), technologies and solutions in the field of mobile and fixed telecommunications, etc.
I enjoyed the conference very much, and especially meeting the colleagues from the other countries and companies. The organization of the conference left nothing to be desired. Looking forward to seeing you next time.
