TA Consult provides advisory services to banks and non-bank FIs in many countries with a special focus on countries with transition economy, offering specialized expertise in institution building, implementation of lending technologies, financial analysis, risk management and internal control, IT solutions, HR, providing support in business development, loan portfolio monitoring and problem loan workout.
TA Consult was founded in 2007 by a team of highly experienced independent consultants with over 10 years of professional expertise in banking and financial advisory. The company is based in St. Petersburg, Russia and has offices in London, UK, Kiev, Ukraine and Minsk, Belarus. Today the company permanently employs 24 technical experts and support personnel. In addition, TA Consult can draw on the expertise of an established pool of about 50 independent international consultants from Western, African and Asian countries to enhance project implementation with both best European practice experience and invaluable regional hands-on experience and knowledge of the local context.
TA Consult has a successful record of providing services within the projects funded by EBRD, KfW, UNDP, EIF, USAID with a special focus on countries with transition economy. Besides, we have been implementing a number of direct contracts with banks in Russia and Belarus and MFIs in Europe and partnered with such companies as IPC, DAI Europe, Intesa Sanpaolo, MFC, Chemonics.
