The 7th Annual Banking Innovation Forum Forum was recently held on 16-17 April 2015 in Vienna, Austria. It brought together top banking professionals from across Europe engaged in promoting technological and procedural innovation across their range of banking products, distribution channels and overall business practices. It was a great opportunity for them to discuss the latest issues and key trends in this strategically important field.
The event kicked off with a focus on e-banking in the CEE and moved on to focusing on the fundamental importance of innovation itself within today's fast-developing financial institution. Optimising distribution networks was also featured as was a focus on business intelligence for SMEs. The future of asset management in e-banking was the final presentation of the day before a brief panel discussion concluded proceedings with a focus on the most promising innovations being introduced in the banking sphere.
The second day featured a broad range of extremely interesting topics including sessions on Bank 2.0+, mobile payments, innovative card products, banking digital transformation the omni-channel client and big data use.
All speakers gave thought-provoking presentations that engaged all attendees and which created generated much debate and exchange of ideas. Our Forum also gave participants ample time for networking and discussion on the latest issues and trends in banking innovation across Europe.

The European Compensation & Benefits Forum was recently held on 5th & 6th of
March 2015 in Vienna, Austria. It brought together top HR and Compensation &
Benefits professionals from across Europe. It was a great opportunity for
them to discuss the latest issues and key trends in this strategically
important field.
The conference started with an overview of the latest challenges facing HR
professionals in their day-by-day work. Experts from different industries
then went on to share their experiences in developing and implementing
wellness programmes, pension schemes and a whole range of other benefits for
employees.
In the course of the two-day conference our Chairman, Katharine Photiou from
Barclays Corporate & employee Solution, created an interactive ambience and
gave excellent inputs into the topics that were discussed.

On 23rd and 24th October, Uniglobal hosted our 2nd Annual European Air Finance & Law Assembly in Frankfurt, Germany.
This was a successful event and was well recived by delegates and speakers alike, due to the excellent networking opportunities that were on offer, with some of the leading experts from the legal and financial sectors of the Airline Industry.
The 2 day event was excellently chaired by Philip Perrotta (Partner) of Kaye Scholer law firm, who lead the event successfully and gave an excellent and knowledgeable overview of the current market place and intitiated many thought provoking discussions.
The Assembly focused on financial and legal activity within aviation and was added to by some of the biggest manufacturers and airlines addressing the audience over the 2 days.
The experts who were gathered gave some informative and modern presentations relating to the industry and were well received by our very knowledgeable audience.

We managed to create an event with the most important people at the hospital industries and they were able to share new tendencies in their countries and evolutions and perspectives of each one.
The first day of the conference was introduced by the Chairman Alberto Sanna, form San Rafaele Institute , Milano Italy, and opened by Peter Ford, the Senior Vice President of International Product Line for Allied World Assurance Company. After long discussion and debates we closed with a panel discussion managed by Giuseppe Banfi with Tarmo Martikainen, Axel Paeger and John Drew in the table.
The second day we started with two speakers conference John Drew from McKinsey and Hanna Coffey from Guys and St. Thomas Hospital after we enjoyed the interactive lunch and we closed the session and the conference with Lazlo Kertesz from MKB insurance.
