The 5th edition of Uniglobal's Central Asian & Caucasus Microfinance Forum was held in Tbilisi, on 1st & 2nd of October. This highly successful event gathered together regional MFIs, Microfinance Investment Vehicles and other stakeholders involved in the microfinance sector, who had a chance to connect, network and gather information.
Over the 2 days, the keynote presenters covered the most innovative and efficient strategies for risk mitigation in microfinance, as well as, for attracting investment into the region.
The conference was lead by Mr. Zurab Davlianizde, Chairman of the Supervisory Board at MFI BIG, who gave valuable input on each day, creating a very interactive atmosphere, where participants took active part and discussed the pressing topics in microfinance industry.

On 5th and 6 th of June, Uniglobal held 3rd Annual Travel Insurance Forum in Istanbul,Turkey. This was the 3rd conference organized by Uniglobal with specific focus on this market and it was a very successful event. It brought together the leading experts in Travel Insurance, Air Ambulance and Assistance Companies who had an opportunity to network and share experiences and ideas on the development of Travel Insurance.
The 2-days conference covered the major trends and challenges in meeting the needs of today’s diverse client range with innovative yet targeted products and services; Determining the best multichannel distribution mix,Taking advantage of online opportunities amdn many more relevant and interesting topics.
On both days, the chairmen invited the audience to take active part, which created and excellent atmosphere and very interactive sessions, where everybody had a chance to ask questions and/or give their perspective on the topics raised.
