The 7th Annual Insurance Distribution Forum was held on 16th & 17th May 2013 in Prague. It brought top representatives from insurance environment, who discussed the latest issues and key trends in distribution strategies.
The first day of the conference was opened with and overview of the market and the challenges in insurance distribution and continue with discussions on customer centric strategies and the role of new technologies.
The second day was also filled with excellent presentations exploring multichannel distribution and the evolution of the different channels.
In the course of the 2 days Forum, our Chairman and Chairwoman created a highly interactive ambiance and gave excellent inputs on the topics that were discussed. Speakers gave notable presentations that engaged all the attendees creating and excellence atmosphere.

Our 5th Annual Banking Innovation Forum was held in Vienna on 11th and 12th of April. The event hosted an impressive number of participants bringing together senior-level experts who had an opportunity to share knowledge, experience and discuss current innovations in banking sector.
Our Chairmen lead the agenda and provoked interaction between the speakers and the audience which brought more value to the event.
The conference was opened with an overview of current trends and innovations in the emerging-markets banking sector and continuing with exciting presentations related to the multi-channel distribution strategies and electronic payments. Day 2 was mainly dedicated to customer relationship management strategies.
Attendees had an opportunity to be actively involved into “Strategic Interactive Lunch” discussions. At the end of the conference we had some of our speakers (group leaders) sharing their summaries and outcomes of these interactive discussions.

The 9th Global Microfinance Forum took place on the 21st and 22nd March 2013, in Vienna, Austria. This year's conference was once again a very successful event and an excellent networking platform where senior-level experts in Microfinance market had a chance to interact and share experiences and strategies.
The 2-days event was chaired by the Director of Emerging Markets from Triodos Bank, who lead the event successfully and gave an excellent overview of the market.
The presentations were delivered by senior-level speakers with extensive experience on the market and industry, which made the content of the conference beneficial and useful for the participants.
In the course of the two days variety of topics were covered. The presenters gave an in-depth views and practical examples. Transformation of Microfinance environment, best strategies for Risk Management, the transformation of lives through social enterprises and innovation and new technological trends on the industry where discussed during the first day of the event.
The second day looked into the new regulatory in different markets, the impact of Microfinance from the view of different agents involved and the importance of promoting financial literacy.
The conference was a unique opportunity for networking, and participants had the opportunity to share knowledge and experiences during the Strategic Interactive Lunch and networking breaks. This created an excellent interactive atmosphere where most important topics were discussed.

Uniglobal's 3rd Annual Bancassurance for Russia & CIS was held on 14th & 15th of March, in Moscow, Russia. On 28th of February and 1st of March 2013 Uniglobal hosted the "Corporate Treasury in Russia and CIS" in Moscow, Russia.
This was a very successful event, and an excellent networking platform where a big number of experts in corporate treasury had a chance to interact and share experiences and strategies.
The 2-days event was chaired by Vladimir Kozinets, director of Treasury and Risk department of Rolf Group, and President of the Russian Association of Corporate Treasurers who lead the event successfully and gave an excellent overview of the market and initiated a lot of interesting discussions.
The conference focused on the recent legislative changes, new currency regulations, currency exchange control, centralizing treasury function through shared service centres. The industry leaders' presentations and case studies enabled the participants to have an insight into the treasury processes, such as cash pooling, factoring, currency risk hedging.
