Uniglobal held the 3rd edition of the Insurance Claims Management Conference on 23rd & 24th of January in Berlin. Once again, we hosted a highly successful conference, which brought together the leading experts in claims management who had an opportunity to network, debate and offer their experiences and knowledge over the 2-days event.
Our speakers' vast knowledge and outstanding, in-depth presentations offered a detailed perspective of the current market developments and challenges, equipping the audience with the latest trends and offering a peak in the future of health insurance.
The conference was highly interactive, all participants took active part in the Q&A sessions and discussions, which created an excellent atmosphere and a unique platform for exchanging experience and perspectives from different parts of the world. The conference Chairman was encouraging these discussions, offering valuable contributions and insights.

On 5th and 6th of December Uniglobal hosted first annual Travel Insurance Forum.
The event was incredibly successful, as it managed to reveal and explore the essential topics related to the insurance and assistance industry. We have filled the conference room with the leading practitioners who had a unique opportunity to share their knowledge and experiences with colleagues from around the globe. All participants took active role in this conference, the speakers delivered insightful up-to-date, and excellent presentations.
We were very lucky to have a very experienced and competent chairman of the conference, a Director at Agencyport. Chairman took an active role in supporting and managing panel discussions, and strictly controlling timing of the conference.

Uniglobal's 3rd Annual Central Asian Microfinance Forum was held on 7th & 8th of November, in Almaty, Kazakhstan. For the 3rd year, Uniglobal gathered together the leading experts in Central Asian microfinance market, and hosted a highly successful event, which served both - as a learning experience, and as a networking platform where the industry leaders could interact, and exchange knowledge, ideas and experiences.
Both days of the conference were highly interactive, enabling all participants to take active part and discuss the current trends and challenges in Central Asian microfinance market, and establishing relationship with partners.
The presentations revealed in-depth, and from different perspectives of microfinance organizations, development banks, associations and investors presenting the audience with strategies, and challenges. All current and future of microfinance in the region were revealed and discussed.

Uniglobal's Inaugural European Air Finance & Law Assembly (EAFLA2013) took place on 24th and 25th of October near Frankfurt. It brought together the leading experts in Aviation Finance and Aviation Law, as well as the key Aviation Associations, who had an opportunity to network, debate and offer their experiences and knowledge on the challenges, the future and the credibility of the aviation finance sector.
The 2-day conference combined some superb presentations displaying the latest manufacturer's strategies, Lessor development opportunities, Bank perspectives and challenges and the impacts of the Cape Town agreement, as well as great panels sessions on where the money will come from for the industry in the future. There was an excellent atmosphere and some very interactive sessions, where everybody had a chance to ask questions and/or give their perspective on the topics raised.
Uniglobal is pleased to announce that during the event, that there were two major business contracts signed on site!

The 4th Annual Hospital Management Conference was held in Vienna, on 10th and 11th of October. This year's conference was once again a highly successful event, and an excellent networking platform where senior-level experts in healthcare industry had a chance to interact and share experiences and strategies. On both days, the chairman invited the audience to take active part, which created and excellent atmosphere and very interactive sessions, where everybody had a chance to ask questions and/or give their perspective on the topics raised.
The program covered a wide range of topics such as: different strategies and approaches to managing a hospital network, hospital benchmarking and process optimization for higher quality and efficiency, strategies to find the right balance between quality of services, patient safety and cost reduction, different ways to implementing and integrating informations systems in hospitals.
We would like to address special thanks to all the speakers, who did a great job and prepared very professional presentations with solid verbal support and a special thanks to our chairman Joerg Schwarz for his input and excellent leading the 2 days event.
